From wallet to payout
The same flow runs whether you're paying one freelancer or fifty — nothing is hidden between steps.
Only active freelancers with saved payment details show up here.
Live exchange rate, 2% platform fee, 18% GST on the fee — all shown up front.
The total is held from your available balance instantly, not from your bank.
Status moves from Pending → Processing → Paid, visible the whole way.
Verified & scoped
Verification takes a couple of days once; after that, every payout just runs.
Your data is encrypted in transit and access is scoped to your company account only.
Security rules block any other business from ever reading your wallet, freelancers, or payments.
Upload GST certificate, PAN, cancelled cheque and address proof — approval usually takes 1–2 business days.
Legal
The short version of everything you're agreeing to when you use Orvion Fin — expand any section for the details.
By creating a business account, you agree to use Orvion Fin only for legitimate payouts to freelancers and contractors you have a genuine working relationship with. You're responsible for the accuracy of the payment details you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure.
We can pause or reverse a payout that looks fraudulent, sanctioned, or in breach of these terms, and we'll always tell you why. The full agreement is presented and versioned inside your dashboard at signup.
We collect the company and verification details you submit, plus the freelancer payout details you enter, solely to process payments and meet KYC obligations. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is scoped to your company account — no other business on Orvion Fin can see it.
We don't sell your data or your freelancers' data. You can request an export or deletion of your account data at any time from your dashboard, subject to the records we're legally required to retain.
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once converted into a payout, but any unspent wallet balance can be withdrawn back to your linked bank account at any time, minus applicable charges.
If a payout fails after your wallet has been debited — a wrong account number, a rejected transfer — the full amount is credited back to your wallet automatically, usually within one business day.
Every payout carries a flat 2% platform fee plus 18% GST on that fee — the same rate for every country and every payout rail. There's no separate charge for currency conversion; it's built into the rate you see before you confirm.
Wallet top-ups and account verification are free. The only other charge is a withdrawal fee if you move unspent wallet balance back to your bank account, shown at the time of withdrawal.
Orvion Fin is built for paying freelancers and contractors for real work. It can't be used for payroll of full-time employees, personal transfers, or payments to sanctioned individuals or countries.
Every freelancer you pay must have completed basic identity checks on their end before their first payout — this keeps both sides of every transaction accountable.
If a payout looks wrong or a document review is stuck, raise it from your dashboard's support tab — every ticket gets a case number and a named handler within one business day.
Unresolved disputes are escalated to our designated grievance officer, and we'll always give you a clear timeline for resolution rather than leaving a ticket open indefinitely.
This is a plain-language summary. The full, legally binding versions of every policy are shown at signup and always available from your dashboard.
Add verification documents afterwards — your wallet works the moment you sign up.
