3. Account
- One account only
- Non-transferable
- You are responsible for all activity
4. Independent Contractor
You are not an employee. You manage your own taxes and work.
5. Task Performance
- Submit original work
- Follow instructions
- Maintain quality
6. Payments
Only approved work is paid. Fraud or violations may result in withheld payments.
7. Intellectual Property
All submitted work belongs to Orvion Studio and NextGenAi.
8. Confidentiality
You must not disclose platform or client data.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Using unauthorized AI
- Fraud
- Multiple accounts
- System manipulation
10. Liability
Services are provided “as is”. No guarantees.
11. Termination
Accounts may be suspended anytime.
12. Governing Law
India – Chhattisgarh jurisdiction.
